Royal Road Housing

A site landscape design was required to support a comprehensive high-density housing development. Accordingly, the design team undertook a thorough site analysis and developed a landscape design strategy to accommodate various on-site communal spaces and a neighbouring public reserve. Based on that strategy, a landscape proposal comprised hard and soft landscaped areas, different trees, ground cover and hedge species, different fencing typologies, paving materials, and colours for pathways and driveways. The landscape proposal was prepared to complement the architectural design of a 3-storey walk-up apartment by a third party architectural designer.
