The feasibility includes site analysis, preparation of a development framework and a conceptual master plan of the site. The project site was located on the fringe of the urban area but zoned for high-density housing due to its close proximity to the local railway station. The concept plan has divided the site into a number of different precincts to accommodate different housing typologies, including duplex, terrace and apartment units. 

An existing overland flow path forms the principal stormwater device in the form of a dry reserve, which can also offer some recreational activities. An integrated open space and movement network forms the backbone of the development.
